Our modern culture is plagued by questions. Is there intelligent life in the universe? Why are we here? What will happen next on FOX’s hit new show Terra Nova? As 2011 ended, I found myself buried under a metaphorical avalanche of questions just like these. With nowhere else to turn, I went where all children of the 21st century go: the internet.
As I scoured the blogosphere, I was dismayed to find that they provided no answers, only more questions. I screamed in frustration and slammed my fists against my keyboard. Little did I know that action would change my life forever. As fate would have it, the sudden jolt sent my web browser spinning into the very bowels of the internet. When it finally settled, I gazed in awe at my screen, from which glowed the home page for Yahoo! Answers. Tears filled my eyes as I realized that my journey was over. I had found answers to questions I didn’t even know could be asked. Like a man in the desert who stumbles upon a lush oasis, I drank in the sweet knowledge. And now, I pass that knowledge onto you.
I have dedicated my very essence into assuring that no one be starved for answers again. I will not be satiated until there are no questions left and we finally know everything. Join me on this quest, feel free to ask questions or even provide your own answers. Together, we can solve the big questions with bigger answers.
